Job Summary:
A leading fabrication manufacturing company serving the Oil and Gas sector, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Engineer specializing in Well Service products and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Upstream Oil and Gas market, specifically focusing on Well Services and Well Completions.
This role requires a strong technical understanding of well service equipment and processes, proven experience in the GCC region, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, particularly oilfield service companies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for well service products and services within the assigned territory (primarily MENA region).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Upstream Oil and Gas market, focusing on Well Services and Well Completions segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at major oilfield service companies relevant clients in the MENA region.
- Understand client needs and provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our well testing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the well service and oilfield services sector.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to the Divisional Manager.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- Preferably holds an MBA or MMM degree.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven sales experience within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding and exposure to the Oil and Gas market, particularly the Upstream sector.
- Direct experience with Upstream product lines, preferably in Well Services and/or Well Completions.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with key customers in Oilfiled service companies in the MENA region.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and possess a strong drive to achieve results.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Sheet, PPT & AI Tools
